My nearly 30-year career began as a hazardous materials manager in the aerospace industry, where I learned to identify patterns in complex systems.

When I transitioned to K-12 education in 1999, I brought that analytical lens to observing how women leaders developed, and I saw the same systematic patterns. I was fortunate to have mentors who saw my potential and opened doors, and I paid it forward whenever I could. But I watched brilliant educators navigate their careers without that same strategic support. The patterns were clear: some got included, others didn't. That's why I founded WOVƎN.

As founder, my purpose is to speak life - to help women see their beauty, their strength, and their capacity to lead with authenticity and courage.
